For Dermatology appointments (SkinStatMD) : We do NOT bill insurance. We do accept HSA/FSA cards. Upon request, we can provide a superbill for you to submit to your insurance. You may be able to get reimbursed for some of the cost - however this is not guaranteed . Note: If you have Medicare or Medicaid insurance - you are not eligible for reimbursement.

For Primary Care appointments (Nurture Well Center): We do NOT bill insurance. We do accept HSA/FSA cards.

CANCELLATION POLICY (SkinStatMD only) : If you need to cancel your appointment - you have the option of having a credit on file equal to the amount you paid (can be transferable) OR you can get a partial refund minus $30.
